The Youths (ages of 15 to 35) make up 40% of Africa’s population, thus, the youngest population in the world. Lately, many youths have begun to participate in developing the continent through entrepreneurship and sustainable development initiatives. Some of the enterprises do not survive the first three years of operation, and one of the reasons is that the founders do not have the essential tools to manage and sustain them. We nurture leadership skills through tailored programs and mentoring.
