We implement three programs for people aged 13 to 30. Future founders’ fellowship aims to train teenagers in leadership, social entrepreneurship, and digital skills. The youth in development fellowship provides emerging civic leaders and social entrepreneurs with the skills, community and tools to lead social change initiatives effectively. The sustainable development challenge is a pitch competition that brings Okanagan youth together to bring their voice to the issues they care about by creating and engaging in new projects that contribute to the 17 United Nations’ Global Goals.
