Welcoming Natalia, Our Chief Operations and Sustainability Officer

We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Impact Toolbox team: Natalia Hahn, who joins us as our Chief Operations and Sustainability Officer.

Natalia is a seasoned corporate sustainability professional with far-reaching global experience. She’s passionate about working alongside organizations and corporations to manage their societal impact strategy – whether it be social, environmental, or economic. Natalia empowers others through thoughtfulness and a balanced approach that incorporates creativity, leadership, inclusiveness, resourcefulness, experience, and simplicity.

The majority of Natalia’s corporate experience is with IKEA, the world’s largest and most inspiring home furnishings company. She’s played an integral role in setting the vision and strategy for IKEA’s global retail sustainability operations. Natalia also has experience creating sustainability strategies within and alongside NGOs and the public sector. In addition, she has found joy in sharing knowledge as a professor teaching sustainable business practices to college students.

After almost a decade of corporate sustainability work abroad, Natalia has recently relocated back to her home country of Canada. She spends most of her off-the-clock time running after her two energetic sons.

I am so excited and honoured to join the talented team at Impact Toolbox and contribute to the already amazing work they’re doing. I am passionate about social impact and enjoy the prospect of bringing my entrepreneurial and corporate sustainability experience into everyday operations. I am also very much looking forward to learning, developing and working with the team and our partners.

    – Natalia Hahn

We invite all our community members to join us in welcoming Natalia. Her wealth of expertise, deep commitment to driving social and environmental impact, and dynamic approach to leadership will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in our growth and ability to fulfill our mission.
