Oluwaseyi Moejoh is an environmentalist, global changemaker, and law student passionate about environmental sustainability, circular economy, and ocean conservation. Currently, she is a Contributing Editor for the OH Wake Magazine and a Project Consultant (Super Squad Leader) at the Ocean Heroes Network.
She is the Executive Director of U-recycle Initiative Africa – a youth-led organization committed to advancing a circular economy across Africa. Oluwaseyi is a National Geographic Young Explorer, a 2021 Global Teen Leader at We Are Family Foundation, a recipient of the 2020 Youth-in-Development Fellowship by SOZO networks sponsored by the US embassy, a 2020 Africave fellow and a 2020 Squad Leader at the Ocean Heroes Network.
Oluwaseyi is devoted to collaborating with others to implement sustainable, deep-rooted and innovative solutions to mitigate the plastic pollution and climate crisis in Africa and the World.
She has been featured on NBC News, BBC World Service, Worldwide Recycling Today Magazine, and Conde Nast Traveller Magazine, amongst other local and international media and radio stations, in recognition of her remarkable achievements and impacts.
